By downloading, installing, or using PuzzleHub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PuzzleHub is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Track their jigsaw puzzle collection and progress
• Share puzzle progress photos with the community
• Connect with other puzzle enthusiasts
• Discover new puzzles through the catalog
• Generate timelapse videos of puzzle completions

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, comments, puzzle data). By posting content, you grant PuzzleHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Harasses or bullies other users
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates the privacy of others

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Collect user information without consent

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by PuzzleHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Sign In, Google Sign In). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for:

• User-generated content posted by other users
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Interactions between users
• Third-party services or links

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUZZLEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
